Add to this the impact of recent winter storms on Texas that has resulted in additional unanticipated adversity to be dealt with by the families and businesses in this region.

Distribution/Operations Center Director

This newly created role calls for an accomplished and experienced warehouse and distribution center professional with a background in establishing and implementing systems, procedures and operational principles focusing on four major areas – operational performance versus targets, quality performance vs targets, safety performance vs. targets and successful management of people. This is an opportunity to develop World Class warehousing and distribution functions and expand future operations to include product and packaging customization while doubling or tripling the size of the business over the next five to ten years.

Senior Product Development Chemist

This critical position role is ideally suited for a highly experienced, adhesive product development chemist with current formulating background that includes solvent and water-borne systems. A major areas of focus will be the development of new products and improvement of existing products and application technologies – especially for product assembly and construction applications. Key to success in this role will be the ability to bridge the gap between development and application and to successfully bring products from development, launch and scale-up to customer’s application.
