Understanding a candidate’s potential ability to contribute to the success of a business is appraised in a variety of ways throughout the interview and assessment process.

How does the company and candidate define and measure success? How does this relate to the company’s Core Values, Culture or Strategies?

Is the company and is the candidate able to provide recent examples of what success looks like?
